Good quality, delivery took time

Decent tools, minor shipping issue
I ordered a few items recently, including a Bosch impact wrench and some protective gloves. The impact wrench works as expected, very powerful and seems durable. The gloves are also good quality, fit well. Delivery took 5 days to reach Pune, which was okay. One small thing, the box for the gloves was slightly crushed, but the gloves themselves were fine. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status.
